    PREPARATION & CONSERVATION

    It is obtained by grinding ripe & dry peppers. Peppers are dried with ilex & oak firewood, providing the necessary heat for the perfect dehydration of the fruits, which gives this paprika from la Vera its 3 main characteristics: aroma, flavour & colour stability
